Our mission is to ensure that Individuals and families who choose to receive support from Caring Hand receive the best services that fit their needs while also assisting each Individual served to attain their personal goals throughout all stages of life.

Our vision is to become the preferred in-home homecare agency provider for the Adult and Aging community in Fargo.
We commit to improving the lives of all people entrusted to our care through extraordinary service offered in an atmosphere of compassion and respect for the dignity of each person with the main purpose of attaining the personal outcomes of each person served.
WHO WE ARE
Meet the Founder
ASHA FARAH, moved to the USA with her family in 2006. She always wanted to be a nurse, it was her call from a young age. As a child, she cared for her aged grandmother, assisted her to administer her asthma injection.
Asha graduated from nursing school in 2017 with her Associate of Registered Nursing. Prior to that she has worked as a nurse assistant for a few years. Asha's experience includes work at the hospital as a pediatric and postpartum nurse, and also work at the nursing home as an RN as well.
Asha is passionate about giving back to the community, and this inspired her to start Caring Hand Homecare 2019.
